Land Surveys
Land (or Topographical) surveys provide a detailed plan of an area of land to show all required features. Each survey point has a three dimensional value enabling levels and contours to be shown where appropriate.
NRLS have surveyed a variety of sites over the past 22 years, ranging in size from small back gardens to sites in excess of 100 hectares. The level of detail surveyed is dependent on the purpose of the survey. Very limited detail is required for boundary surveys whereas extensive detail to vegetation and other features are required by Landscape Architects.
Land surveys carried out by NRLS include:
- Surveys for the redevelopment of Gloucester Rugby Club and Cheltenham Town Football Club
- Right of light surveys, with elevations, to proposed large scale developments in Bermondsey, Wandsworth and Bethnal Green
- Survey to Weston-Super-Mare sea front and beach
- Surveys of brown and green field sites for development purposes
- Garden and park land surveys for Landscape Architects
- Surveys to accompany archaeological work carried out by Gloucestershire County Council
- Graveyard surveys, with each individual plot identified with the occupiers' details
- Surveys and volumetric analysis to Bransford Golf Club and The Vale Golf Club in Worcestershire.
